Ingredients
3 large tomatoes
1 medium cucumber
1 sweet pepper
1 small onion
2 cloves garlic
2 handfuls fresh basil leaves
2 handfuls fresh parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions
Using all organic ingredients, combine in a food processor
Pulse until you have desired consistency
Chill
