Ingredients

2 cups cooked kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
2 cups cooked chick peas (rinsed and drained)
2 cups fresh green string beans (lightly steamed and cut)
1 medium red onion (chopped)
1/2 green pepper (chopped)
1 teaspoon each (fresh or dried): tarragon, basil, rosemary, parsley, thyme
For The Dressing
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons sugar or agave nectar
1 1/2 teaspoons dried mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
fresh ground pepper
Directions
Dressing: Combine dressing in a small jar
Combine vegetables and herbs, pour dressing over all, mix well and refrigerate
