Armed with a bunch of organic carrots, ginger, lemon and an apple or two, we begin the day with this most fantastic and healthy of all possible drinks.
There is no recipe, per se. If the garden is in season, you can throw in kale, parsley or celery. You could also add beets, berries or other veggies depending on your taste and local availability.
