Ultimate Yogurt and Fruit Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 large navel orange

  • 1 kiwi fruit

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Note

We've made this for breakfast, for afternoon snacks, for dessert or just before going to bed. It's great any time. You can substitute other berries when they're in season, and you can use ready-made maple yogurt if it's not too sweet.


Directions

  • Cut fruit into chunks and place in two small bowls

  • Mix syrup into yogurt

  • Cover fruit with yogurt


To make this a fun food, simply cut the fruit into interesting shapes... melon balls are always fun, and a star cookie cutter is always a great tool.
