Carrot Apple Juice

Every once in a while – usually the morning after eating out at some non-organic restaurant - we decide to go on a juice diet for a day. Armed with a bunch of organic carrots, ginger, lemon and an apple or two, we begin the day with this most fantastic and healthy of all possible drinks.
There is no recipe, per se. If the garden is in season, we may throw in kale, parsley or celery, but you could also add beets, berries or other veggies depending on your taste and local availability.
A juice diet (drink some every four hours) will help cleanse your system and leave you feeling great.
